About this pursuit desk
Practical editorial tools for commercial subcontractor owners and business-development leads building GC relationships and making deliberate estimating-capacity decisions.
Construction Sales Guide is a publication of Sovereign Compute LLC, the company behind AutonomousGTM.
Who this is for
The primary reader is a commercial subcontractor owner or BD lead who wants a repeatable way to identify relevant GC accounts, introduce the firm before a bid invitation, and decide which opportunities merit estimating resources. This publication is aimed at subcontractors—not equal sales coverage for general contractors.
How to read the guidance
Workflow recommendations are editorial advice, not industry-wide rules or sourced market facts. Examples are explicitly illustrative and constructed; they do not describe actual companies, projects, conversations, outcomes, or statistics. Verify project, prequalification, contract, schedule, and capacity details directly.
The AGC Business Development Forum public page describes BD topics and links a public LinkedIn community; it notes that some education requires login. This does not verify private access, membership or posting permissions, or AGC endorsement. Markup & Profit’s public owner page describes a private Facebook group for construction-related business owners and mentions sales, contracts, and estimating discussions. This does not verify private-group content, enrollment, permission, endorsement, or reader eligibility.
Commercial relationship
Sovereign Compute LLC also operates AutonomousGTM. The contextual service link is commercial promotion—not independent editorial evidence or an endorsement.

Analytics and privacy
On the production domain, Umami receives page views and limited interaction events: qualifying guide engagement, activation of the worksheet’s generated CSV download link, and clicks on the promoted AutonomousGTM service link. Analytics does not receive worksheet entries. Page URLs are restricted to the six published routes and fixed approved campaign values; external referrers are reduced to their origin. Other query values, unknown routes, and fragments are removed. Standard page-view fields include page title, browser language, and screen dimensions. Preview hosts are excluded, and print actions are not tracked.
Source ledger and publication status
See SOURCE-LEDGER.md for source observations, limits, and release gates. We make no claim of independent review, testimonials, editorial credentials, readership, customer results, or studies.
Source notes describe the public materials used and their limits; they do not imply endorsement or establish private-group access. Editorial recommendations are workflow suggestions, not outcome claims or universal rules. Confirm each project’s prequalification, contract, schedule, and capacity details directly.
